Leo was the tech that came out to fix our A/C. Finally a good tech who actually answers questions in laymen's terms so a person can understand what is wrong and how it will be fixed. He replaced the fuse and the A/C kicked on. It took all of 5 minutes to determine the issue and fix it. In addition he checked the freon, the lines to the A/C unit and used some sensor gun to make sure we were getting the proper air flow. He didn't race off like we experienced with another company who was in such a hurry that he forgot to put the side panel of the A/C unit back on. Instead, he took the time to do a quality job and make sure our A/C was ready for the summer. We felt fortunate that we got a competent tech who knew what he was doing and did a quality job.
